If I could give this 0 stars I would. After submitted a takeaway order online at 6.40 pm and by 8.25 pm it still hadn't arrived. I phoned the take away concerned and was told it would be at least another half an hour. Waiting until after 9pm for a take away I ordered just after 6.30 pm is not acceptable in my view. I requested to cancel the order and was told I would need to do it via Chef Online, but there is no way to cancel it online. The take away have accepted the cancellation by phone but I'm worried I will not get a refund because the money was paid to Chef Online. What a shambles.
