Order did not turn up despite calling after 1 1/2 hours from ordering at 6.15pm and being told it was on its way. Rang again after another 20 minutes to say would be another 15 minutes. Cancelled order and tried to obtain refund through restaurant and Chef-online to be told that restaurant would have to email them to confirm refund. Refused to give immediate refund. Would never use either again.
